We cannot offer mortgage advice where your mortgage is under £75,000. 

We provide telephone advice and support. Documentation may be posted or e-mailed or faxed as appropriate

How do we operate?

Utilizing regularly updated software, we are able to source a data bank in excess of 7000 mortgage products.  We are paid an introducer fee by the lender, this does not affect your mortgage offer at all. 

If your mortgage application fails, then we will receive no payment.

Although we always recommend that you think carefully about your insurance arrangements, you are not obliged to take out any insurance through us.

Some lenders prefer to deal exclusively through authorized intermediaries, we are able to offer these mortgages to our clients. Additionally, we are able to offer 'exclusive' schemes which have been negotiated by large mortgage clearing houses.

Unlike most banks and building societies, we are independent, which means we can source the best value insurances to accompany your mortgage. 

If you don't have a solicitor, we can organize this for you.

How am I protected?

You do not pay us any money, at any time. Any fee payment will be payable to the lender concerned.

The mortgage contract will be between yourself and the lender

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, then we will try to resolve this complaint internally. If we are unable to reach a solution, then you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. 

Our company has full professional indemnity insurance.
